In previous years the award has provided funding and mentoring to a young craftsperson who is a new member of the Guild, with the award being presented at their celebrated Summer Show. From 2021 onwards, the award will now be for an existing member who’s work best responds to the context of their annual show at Rodmarten Manor in the Cotswolds.

Loco Glass were selected not only because their work reflects the Arts and Crafts heritage of the house, including its award winning garden, but also because they have really challenged their practice technically and devised a completely new approach to their work.
